We are Hank and John. We have a passion for health and fitness and early in 2024 we tried cold emersion and infrared sauna sessions. We noticed that we came away feeling less sore and energized from each session. We had such a positive experience that we wanted to find a way to bring it to others. Our idea was to put a cold plunge and sauna in a trailer and to park it out in front of our gym. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
